Universe summary:

13.8 billion years ago the universe was created by spirits who stole power from an evil god called the primordial and ever since there has been a spiritual battle between the forces of order and chaos over the fate of the universe. 

66 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous antarctica was mostly shielded from the effects of the asteroid impact and some dinosaurs survived there. Over millions of years some of these dinosaurs evolved into a sapient species called the Vaalbarans

Over millions of years these vaalbarans became an advanced civilisation and even spread across the stars and they seeded the Galaxy with earth life, they even sent automated probes out to seed other galaxies with earth life

Then they created a slave race of bird-like beings called the Ornithians as the Vaalbarans bodies were not well suited to labor intensive tasks, however after a few million years the ornithians rebelled and drove the Vaalbarans out of the Milky way

However before they left in the pleistocene they discovered a species of human that evolved on earth in their absence called Homo lauresiensis, the human form was well suited to labour so the Vaalbarans took these humans from earth and placed them on a few planets across the galaxy to be used as slaves after the ornithians rebelled.

Due to the ornithian uprising the Vaalbarans left the milky way galaxy and moved to the M81 and M82 galaxies they had already seeded these galaxies with life millions of years before via the use of self replicating probes, populations of Homo Lauresiensis were put on thousands of worlds across these galaxies and for a while the Vaalbaran civilization was able to persist. 

However when they encountered a powerful enemy called the Colonials in the black eye Galaxy they were forced to go to war with the colonials and the Vaalbarans eventually lost the war and the humans in the M81 and M82 galaxies were left to their own devices and over hundreds of thousands of years they became many different species like the Nuna, Vendalah, Jarans, Pakune, Gondia, Norg and many many more.

Meanwhile in the milky way galaxy after the Vaalbarans left it created a power vacuum that a species of insect called the Terani took advantage of, these terani used vertebrates as hosts for their larvae and they found another species of human called homo sapiens on earth, they then transported these homo sapiens to many worlds across the south of the milky way galaxy to farm them to be used as hosts, these human worlds were left for thousands of years to build up the local human population before the terani returned to cull the population to be used as hosts.

While all of this was going on the spiritual battle between order and chaos continued and the primordial spoke to certain species, the primordial claimed to be god and gave the different species different instructions in order to bring chaos and destruction to the universe the spirits had created, one example was they told a species of plant-humans called the Gondia that their mission was to assimilate all of the humans in the universe and then the Gondia spent hundreds of thousands of years attacking other human species and assimilating them into their ranks.

The reason the primordial did this is because its goal is to destroy the universe as we know it and replace it with a universe without agency where the primordial has total control because the ability to make choices on your own is part of the reproductive system of the universe and the primordial doesn't want the universe to be able to reproduce itself and it wants to keep complete control over reality forever
